Three Possible Hugo Voting Alternatives

File 770 last night published an article by me summarizing the three Hugo Award proposals that I've recently detailed here on my LiveJournal. Comments over there, or on the individual LJ items if you prefer, please.

I really hope that we will not see the quest for perfection defeat any attempts at incremental improvement, although in reading the debate on proposals, I am not confident. Of course, people commenting online aren't the same people as who will actually be voting on any concrete proposals presented to the WSFS Business Meeting.
