kevin_standlee: Kevin after losing a lot of weight. He peaked at 330, but over the following years got it down to 220 and continues to lose weight. (Default)
After writing my short post yesterday about how tired I was, Lisa and I walked to Big R on an errand (and because we needed to get out and walk more). Shortly after we got home, I lay down for what I though would be a short nap. Next thing I knew it was 11 PM. After a brief round of wakefulness, I went back to sleep. I guess I really needed it. Even now I feel a little tired, just less so than yesterday.
