Half a Loaf

I got the trip-interruption insurance for the Westercon trip. Unfortunately, they only reimbursed about half of the cost of the rental truck on account of they only will pay for four days, and we rented the truck for a week. I tried to make the argument that the return mileage was payable whether we were gone four days or seven, and thus only the daily charge should be pro-rated, but the argument fell on deaf ears. Still, it's bit over $400 I didn't expect initially, so I deposited it and send the money onward toward the credit card to which I'd charged the truck rental.
