Jul. 22nd, 2020 03:31 pmIn the timeline where COVID-19 didn't happen, Lisa and I would be at Reno Airport this afternoon getting ready to catch a flight to SFO and then on to Auckland, where we'd arrive on Friday local time there for our New Zealand/Worldcon trip. Considering how overworked I am right now, maybe it's for the best. And those grapes were probably sour anyway.
I did get my Air New Zealand base airfare refunded, but they still haven't responded regarding the SkyCouch upgrade (essentially turning three coach seats into a "couch" for two people). I have some sort of credit memo, but they haven't responded to my requests for a credit to my card. I'm trying to decide how much longer I have to wait before I protest the charge.
