Melting Snow
Jan. 5th, 2023 03:51 pmThe latest band of storms, while pummeling California and the western Sierra, dropped negligible snow this morning, then blew through, leaving clearer skies and sun that started to melt the snow from the past few days.

As the temperature got up as high as 7°C today, much of the snow melted today, except in sheltered areas or where we had piled it up while clearing the walks.
I went to Big R Ranch & Home today and found that they had one pallet of Pres-to-Logs in stock. I was able to buy it in advance and have them put a SOLD sign on it. We'll go get it either tomorrow or Saturday when Lisa can get the utility trailer hitched and ready to go.
