Avoiding Holiday Weekend Shopping

Because I slept for three or four hours yesterday afternoon, I had just barely enough energy for Lisa and me to run to Reno and do a large-scale grocery shopping job at WinCo Foods. It was a bit busier than when we go in at, say, 3 AM, but it was still relatively quiet, other than having to dodge forklifts, pallet jacks, and lots of stuff stacked in the aisles waiting to be shelved.

In theory, we should not have to go anywhere other than maybe within Fernley unless we really want to do so. Earlier plans we had to work on preparing the porch for repainting are shelved due to the thunderstorms we're having. (You can't paint in the rain.) We'll see what we can get done
