Last of the Christmas Ham

Thanks to Lisa and I eating off of that leftover Christmas ham for lunch, dinner, and snacks in between, today we finished the last of it. I've considered trying to make some sort of soup from the hambone, but it's tricky and I don't really have much else besides the hambone itself.

Surprisingly, neither of us find ourselves sick of ham even after a week of eating it.
