Better Than Nothing

I complained to Rug Doctor customer service about the broken main units. They refunded the rental cost of the main unit, but not the handheld wand, but that's okay, because admittedly it did work and we did make use of it to clean around edges, tight spaces, and stairs. So in the end it worked out to about 50% off because we still had to pay for the cleaning solutions. I wish they sold them in smaller quantities.
