Early Thanksgiving

kevin_standleeBecause we will be traveling on Wednesday-Thursday, Lisa cooked a Thanksgiving meal that we had for lunch on Monday.
Here's our holiday roast duck, which generally serves the two of us (plus a bit for Kuma Bear) quite nicely.
And here's the trimmings: baby portobello mushrooms, stuffing, and scratch-made biscuits. I'd not had the Welch's sparkling sangria before; it was pretty good.
I was so content after our meal that I spaced that I had a chiropractor appointment at 3 PM. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me back in at 4:15.
