Good Thing We Like Ham

The packaging for the ham we bought to cook for Christmas says it contains approximately 68 servings. For the last couple of days, whenever either of us feels hungry, we just carve a few more slices of it. There's still a fair bit of it left, too.

I would hope so!

For my workplace Christmas party I bought a large, I want to say ~2kg, container of potato salad. Only some of this got eaten at the party, for all that it was good potato salad. I was concerned I couldn't deal with the remaining 1.5+ kg of potatoes but one of my housemates found it delicious and I haven't seen it in the fridge for a few days. So, hooray.
