Y'all might want to go have another look at the discussion on Range Voting from a few weeks ago. Advocates have (somewhat belatedly by LJ standards) chimed in on the subject here and here.

I'm surprised they even noticed belatedly. Must be using some sort of google alert based on keywords. Perhaps I should do a post slagging them in my own journal.

That's sensible of you. If you mention "Hugo Award," "Worldcon," or "World Science Fiction Convention" in your blog, expect me to see it as soon as Google spits it out. As Chairman of the Mark Protection Committee, I feel obliged to keep an eye out for misuses of the registered WSFS marks. (And I do find them from time to time.)
