Only problem is that the Wright Bros. didn't invent the biplane; there were glider clubs at least a decade before them. What the Wright Bros. did was put an engine on a glider and invented powered flight. I don't think the Dinosaurs did that.
Just glanced at the article. Actually this particular "theory" has been bandied about for about five years that I know of. I have also seen a full scale working repro of a Quetzacoatlus northropi. Pretty impressive. Given the winds whipping around one huge supercontinent, it's a pretty fair bet that this posture would work.
