Locus Award Deadline Nigh

It's deadline time on the Locus Awards. Remember that you don't have to be a Locus subscriber to vote, nor do you have to join anything or pay any fees. This one's totally free, so it should please those people who think the Hugos are illegitimate becuase you have to actually pay money to vote.

(Snarky comments aside, I do encourage people to vote. My ill humor today is due to fighting with balky optimization models and has nothing to do with SF or fandom.)

Computer programs can do that to people. I call SAP (the do it all program we use) Slow *** Program and everyone in the office agrees with me on that thought. It is going to be another 5-7 years (at least) before worldwide decides to change it. They just put it everywhere in the world we are online about 6 months ago.
