Made it home. Flight was no problem, once they decided how to deal with having booked me and another person into seat 23C. After consulting with the gate, a flight attendant said, "There's only about eighty people on this flight; sit anywhere you find a seat." And thus I had three seats in an exit row to myself, and a relatively relaxed flight to Oakland.
Once again, my thanks to Cheryl for rescuing me from the clutches of late-night airport arrival! You'd think that one of these days I'd learn that booking seats on the Last Flight Out is not usually a good idea.
Anyway, it's a work day, even if I am working from home on Monday, so I must go get some sleep.
