Recreational Parliamentary Procedure

Thanks to Lisa having recorded portions of the BASFA meeting at BayCon, you can now see how we implement our version of Recreational Parliamentary Procedure in the form of our selection of the Rumor of the Week, which is a good example of the standard procedure of "filling blanks" and also of BASFA's decidedly non-standard "Chicago-Style" voting. We join the meeting in progress as the Acting Secretary (me) is writing down the most-recent suggestion to fill the blank in the implied motion that "BASFA's rumor of the week for meeting 878 shall be '_______'." The suggestion had been "It takes three ribbons to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop," and the assembled members were reacting to it as I wrote it down....

Yes, ribbons. Several of the proposed rumors had something to do with ribbons; funny, that. You can see the full list in the minutes of meeting 878 that I was taking while Lisa was shooting this video.
