Slight Detour

Lisa called just after midnight to report that she was foiled by Indianapolis' freeways and ended up off-route because she didn't realize the northern beltway doesn't go all they way around the city. She reckons she'll go up to Indiana Route 32 and cut back over to I-74 there, stopping for the night somewhere in the area

I, too, was once foiled by Indianapolis' freeways, and wound up in a ditch in the rain. Thankfully, AAA got me out in about an hour, and the car was still operational. The worst part was watching folks slow down to look at me, and then seeing them get into a further accident.
