I have posted Part 2 of The Zombie Legions, my late-1980s Doctor Who fan film.

I think Vimeo may need to rethink their model of resetting everyone's upload allowance every Monday, given how slow the site's performance is right now. They'd probably be better off assigning the "reset" day randomly so that one-seventh of their members are reset each day, in order to spread the load more evenly.

Yes, I'd like a torrent as well. My computer can't process the file fast enough, I just get choppy audio and no video.

Did you try downloading the entire file rather than watching it online? You can download the file by going to the file's page: in the lower right of the screen, it should say "Downloads" and give you the ability to download the MP4 file. (You do apparently have to sign up as a member of Vimeo to do this, but membership is free, or you could use BugMeNot to bypass the requirement.

I don't know how to upload something as a torrent.

Lisa reminds me to add: You can also stop me at a convention if you have a computer and/or a memory stick with enough room to hold the files, and enough time to do the file transfer.

Little chance of my ever being at a con again, but the download seems to be working. I just hadn't noticed the small button at the bottom of the page.
