Understood. Congratulations are due to Raines/Sorensen and to Newman/McAuley (and Hugo Ceremony directors Mike and Debby Moir), as well as to all of the people in Events who made it happen and elsewhere on the Interaction committee for their support. I just stood around in a funny uniform and made safety announcements.
That's an interesting question. I actually have videos of both. Ian Sorsensen has distributed a DVD of Lucas Back in Anger, but I don't know how freely he wants to distribute it, given its deriviative-work nature.
The only problem is, how will those of us not at Interthingy be able to view & judge the presentations?
Regarding the Prix Victor Hugo, I'm going to have to talk again with the technical director to see if he will be able to make available a "final" copy (what I have is only the "draft" that he hurriedly cut the day after the convention, and if so, whether we can put it in a location where people can download and watch it.
