Dec. 3rd, 2018 08:00 pmDuring SMOFCon, people started contacting me to inform me that someone has started a Twitter account that is impersonating me. It's using my header and profile photo. I'm not going to give its address because I don't see any need to give it any more publicity. I am @KevinStandlee on Twitter, and nothing other than that.
I have reported the fake account to Twitter and have submitted the first round of paperwork to them. I hope they'll be able to take down the fake account relatively soon. It hasn't said much in public that I can see. But if you are getting anything on Twitter that purports to be me but isn't from @KevinStandlee, it's a fake, and you might want to report it to Twitter yourself.

Hello Twitter, Are You There?
Nov. 12th, 2013 03:44 pmLiveJournal attempted to cross-post my previous post to Twitter and Twitter responded with an error message of "Status contains malware." LJ then disconnected the Twitter Connect feed. I'm trying to re-connect it. I'm not sure what to do if it bounces again.
Update: It bounced again. Hope it comes back to life again later.
