Also on the list of room assignments for Worldcon is where the WSFS Business Meetings will be: Reno-Sparks Convention Center room A2. So if you're trying to find me during Worldcon, one of the most likely places will be room A2 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from about 10 AM to sometime between Noon and 1 PM depending on how long each meeting runs.

(Not that I'm on the head table staff; I'll be helping Lisa record the meetings, and of course I'll be participating in them.)

Yes, as far as I can tell. Remember that the convention runs Wednesday-Sunday, so the "traditional" days are shifted one forward:

• Wednesday, 7 PM: Mark Protection Committee Meeting


• Thursday, 10 AM, RSCC A2: Preliminary WSFS Business Meeting


• Friday, 10 AM, RSCC A2: Main WSFS Business Meeting


• Saturday, 10 AM, RSCC A2: Site Selection WSFS Business Meeting


• Past Worldcon Chairs Photocall (approximately 11 AM)


• Mark Protection Committee Meeting (time permitting)


• Sunday: Overflow WSFS Business Meeting if required, MPC Meeting if unable to meet on Saturday after Site Selection Meeting
