Good and Bad

Good news: I slept for nearly twelve hours last night and feel much more human.

Bad news: The bed in this micro-apartment isn't that great and my back is giving me fits for having been sleeping in that bed for twelve hours.

Having spent two weeks sleeping on poor beds at Portmeirion, you have my sympathy.
It might be worth investing in a new mattress? Even if it's only a crash pad?
