Coming On Down (One Last Time)

I still don't have my van, and now it looks like I won't get it back until after Thanksgiving, which was going to make going to see The Game Show Show problematic. It's easy to get there by public transit, but hard to get away at the late hour of the night. I offered to take my friend Eric Larson to the show if he would take me there and back again, which is a good deal all around — he gets to see a show he wanted to see but couldn't afford, and I get the transportation for far less than taxi fare back and forth to the Retro Dome. That's a win-win.

I just hope I'm not coughing like I have been today. I'd better see if I have any more cough drops left from the Worldcon trip.
