And as you depart Portland, the rain stops. I'm typing this on Saturday morning, and after a wet week it's turned warm, bright, and sunny.

3 weeks ago, it was sunny with temperatures around 80F for Corflu (http://www.corflu.org/), and all of us locals spent the weekend assuring international visitors that this was extremely unusual and they had not been lied to about Portland's climate.
