There is a Hugo, CO as well... I wonder if there is a reasonable way that it could be used in conjunction with a certain convention coming up.

It's not nearly as far from Denver or Colorado Springs as Hugo OR is from Portland or the Bay Area, although unfortunately, it's not on the direct path between the two.

Of course, a lot depends on who the Hugo Administrator in 2008 is, since that's likely where the mailing address for the shrinking percentage of paper ballots will be.
