Selling Worldcon to Publishers

cherylmmorgan blog (and why not, I ask?), I commend to you today's post on Selling Worldcon to Publishers, which makes some excellent points about promotion of what should be the jewel in the crown of genre SF events -- not necessarily the biggest (it never will be anymore) but possibly the best.
Comments closed here because (a) they belong there anyway and (b) I'm way too busy today to pay close attention.
