Wasted Day

I woke up early to watch the Formula 1 GP of Monaco, then as soon as the race was over, I fell back asleep. Problem was, I didn't put my CPAP mask on, and consequently, when I woke up again, I felt about as rested as if I'd never slept at all. That got my day off on the wrong foot and I never really got it back. Very little accomplished, although I did get out for a walk around Quarry Lakes, and I'm now cooking a large meal that should keep me in lunches and dinners well into next week when I start ramping down toward the next trip to Oregon.
