SMOFCon Feedback
Dec. 10th, 2010 10:42 pmDespite the encouragement from
travelswithkuma to do the Fannish Inquisition videos first, I actually worked on the most difficult of the SMOFCon videos: the Feedback Session. This was difficult because I had to interleave about fifteen insert shots of individuals asking questions into the master shot. Lisa set up the master shot and then went around shooting short videos of people asking their questions.
I'm not complaining! This makes for a much better and more interesting video than just a static shot of the head table. But it's a lot more work to get the shots to fit together. It's not perfect — the sound levels change with the different shots — but I do think it's a decent video. Have a look for yourself if you're curious.
I'd embed the video here, but the embed code from Vimeo doesn't seem to want to work. It does work in the post on the SMOFCon web site.
