Closing In

I've been provided with the final closing cost (including prepaid property taxes through the middle of next year) for Fernley House. That's a load off of my mind because it means I know how much the certified check has to be. Looks like I'll need to go into Reno on the afternoon of November 1 — I was planning on working from Fernley next week anyway — to deliver the check and sign some final papers. The process isn't complete yet, but it's getting closer.
