Duck Soup

Over the weekend, Lisa was able to boil up the leftover Thanksgiving Duck Dinner, add pasta, garlic, and mushrooms, and make, yes, Duck Soup. It was pretty good, too, and served for two more meals.

Lisa says she'd never had duck before this Thanksgiving. I've had it numerous times in my youth because my family hunted ducks, but it had been a long time.
