Climing Back on the Treadmill
Oct. 1st, 2005 05:30 pmToday was the first day since the worst of that cold hit me that I've felt well enough to do the full 6km walk around Quarry Lakes. I made it, but was so winded afterwards (and my blood sugar level was 132, which is still higher than my dietician would like) that I know I'm still not 100%. I still have congestion in my head and chest, which bodes not well at all for flying on Monday. But I must keep exercising; it's one of the best ways to keep my blood sugar in check.
