Swamp Thing (Part 4)
Jun. 9th, 2020 07:49 pmAfter leaving the repainted parts of the swamp cooler to cure for a couple of days, on Monday it was time to reassemble the cooler and bring it back inside.

All that is left to do now is to scrub out the front vents (which I should have done when it was out on the patio but I forgot about it) and (for cosmetic purposes) clean the top assembly. We can then put the water back in and start using it as it starts to heat up once again. We've been lucky that most of the last few days have not been hot enough to need cooling; indeed, as I mentioned, it's been downright cold some days. Summer is coming right at us, though, and I'll be happy to have the cooler working when the heat arrives.
