Clearer Skies Again
Aug. 13th, 2021 02:11 pmA shift of wind direction sent the wildfire smoke in a different direction yesterday, but it still colored the sunset and this morning's sunrise.

There's still smoke in the air, but not so much that I feel the need to mask up just to walk to the mailbox in front of the house the way I have been doing most of the past few days. I'm still not walking anywhere farther than that, though, as the temperatures are still hovering close to 40° C.
