WSFS Rules Page Updated

Hard upon the heels of the Westercon Business page, the WSFS Rules page is also now updated. This includes the WSFS Constitution, Standing Rules, Resolutions & Rulings of Continuing Effect, Business Passed On to the 2022 WSFS Business Meeting for ratification, all as of the conclusion of the 2021 WSFS Business Meeting, and also the Minutes of the 2021 Business Meeting and links to the video recordings of the 2021 Business Meeting.

I think that's all of the rules pages that have to be updated for a while. It's still a "short year" for both Westercon and Worldcon.
