Service Interruption

The wireless internet access in my hotel failed on Saturday and only came back up this evening. I spent much of the weekend touristing -- Saturday at the East Troy Electric Railway, and today in Chicago. I hope to post more details later, but as I type this I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with my company's expense-reporting software, and tech support in Portland need me to shut everything else off and do what they say. Easy for them to say; it's only 10 PM in Oregon.
