RIP Kwik E Mart

kevin_standleeAs you all probably know, 7-Eleven remade some of their stores as Kwik-E-Marts to promote the Simpsons movie. The one in Mountain View gets dismantled and turned back into an ordinary store tomorrow, but during the height of the madness I went over there one afternoon and took pictures of the place>
On the afternoon I went there, the line stretched out the front of the store, as pictured, so I did not go inside. Fortunately,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dave_gallaher and dinogrl took me over there after a BASFA meeting a few weeks ago, and it was slightly less frantic at 10 PM than mid-afternoon on a weekend, so we could get inside and look around and get our pictures taken with the characters.
