The 2011 Worldcon bidders Q&A session at the Fannish Inquisition at SMOFCon in Columbus is now online. It runs about twenty minutes and is a pretty big file even after I lowered the resolution.

Is that part of _Robert's Rules_ or is it in one of the other parliamentary rulebooks? "Mr. Chairman, I move that this resolution be lowered. Do I hear a second?"
