That's Sounds Like Pro Wrestling, All Right

One of my favorite webcomics, the wonderful You Say It First, is running a storyline at the moment about pro wrestling, where one of the characters has been talked into watching a bunch of wrestling videos when she doesn't like pro wrestling. Today's strip does seem to me to sum up what little I've picked up of the silliness that is soap opera for guys professional wrestling.

I don't follow this any more than the girl with the rabbit ears does. I take it they're trying to decide if two personae played by the same wrestler are supposed to be the same person? Isn't that a little like asking if John Drake and Number Six are the same person?

Yes, that's what it appears to be saying. It makes slightly more sense if you read the strips before it to get the context. The whole question is silly, of course, but she's only doing it because her landlord takes it very seriously.
