19 Years and Counting
Oct. 13th, 2015 05:54 pm19 years ago today on Portland Vintage Trolley #513, Lisa and I were married, underway somewhere along Burnside Boulevard in Portland. (I'd have to check the tape to have a better idea of the exact location.) This week we're apart because of commitments I have in the Bay Area. Lisa is considering what we should do next year this week. Alas, we cannot recreate our wedding-day journey (which we did on our first wedding anniversary) because the Portland Vintage Trolleys have been discontinued, and I'm unsure on where car 513 actually ended up.
(Cars 511/512 were sold to St. Louis. 514 operates on the Willamette Shore Trolley. 513 was also supposed to go there, but I don't know what happened to it.)
