I went to bed between 5 and 6 PM yesterday, and aside from briefly waking around Midnight, slept until just before 7 AM this morning. This means I got as much sleep last night as I typically do on any given two nights. That's what a piled-up sleep deficit does to me.

On the bad side, sleeping that long usually means I'll wake up with a stiff back, and that's the case this morning. It's not the crushing pain of the pinched nerve, so it should work itself out eventually, particularly if I pull myself together, have a shower, and walk down to the Centerville Farmers' Market.
