Breakfast for Bunnies

One of the remaining local rabbits ventured forth after the snow melted to investigate the pile of birdseed I set out for the birds.

This bunny looks remarkable well-fed to me.

Unlike most of the birds, which scatter at the slightest movement, I think this rabbit has a vague idea that we're not much of a threat, as it continued to eat while I brought in firewood from the porch yesterday afternoon. It moved off a little bit at one point, but didn't run away, returning to the seed pile once I went back inside the house.
This morning before dawn, I saw that the bunny had returned for breakfast; however, even with the "twilight" setting on the Sony camera, it's hard to get a good shot when you're zoomed in at 15x on a handheld camera.
Our rabbit left some food for the birds as well, and I continue to keep feeding them.
