kevin_standleeToday's high was a whopping 8°C, so Lisa and I got out for a couple of walks. Not really long ones, but much better than being cooped up in the house.
With a new storm coming on Sunday and up to 5 cm snow forecast even for Fernley, we're making plans for a quick trip on Saturday taking us somewhere we haven't been for quite a while: California, and not just the little sliver of it at Gold Ranch and the Lottery ticket sales kiosk. But we have to be back more or less before dark on Saturday, so we're going to have to set out well before sunrise tomorrow morning — even earlier than I usually get up for Day Jobbe. That means an early night tonight.
